Technical Features
PWS bags can be made in HDPE or PP material. The tape width can
be varied to provide various kinds of fabric properties. UV stabilized
fabric and stitching thread is available optionally. The tape plant
has capacity of producing 650 to 1000 denier tapes. The fabrication
process outputs about 1440 tons per annum. The plant has lamination
capacity of 20grm/meters2 to 40grm/meters2.
Colored PP fabric is also being manufactured and custom colors are
available on request.
PE LINERS
We can provide several different liners for bags based
on customer requests.
Popular liners include:
- Low Density Polyethylene,
- High Density Polyethylene
Liner Options for Leno bags:
- Liner unattached to bottom
- Liner attached to bottom only
- Liner attached to mouth only
- Liner attached to both top and bottom
Minimum liner thickness: 35 microns
Maximum liner thickness: 110 microns
LDPE liners are more popular and are generally stronger and more
transparent, while HMHDPE makes more opaque liners.
