Dayanand Kamath with an experience of over 30 Years manages the monofilament segment. Sudhir Prabhu, a graduate of the National Defense Academy, Kharakvasla, Pune ,and in the business for the last 20 Years after a short stint as a Captain in the Indian Armed Forces heads the Marketing and the HR Functions assisted ably in marketing by Philip Verghese, who has had experiences in various domains like Advertising, IT and in HR & Sales by GV Swamy, a dynamic Textile Engineer handling domestic Sales and Training of Staff. B.S. Pai, a Mechanical Engineer manages the PWS Division along with the experienced Narayanan the Manager.
